My name is Cristina Jensen
I provide compassionate doula support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, including nourishing meal prep.
My services include prenatal education and planning, continuous support during labor, and hands-on postpartum care to help you recover, bond, and feel confident in this new journey.
I also offer customized meals to support healing and nourishment during the fourth trimester, all with a focus on your comfort, empowerment, and well-being.

Love Letter From A Client:
"Cristina was my doula for my last baby, Wells. I had never had a doula before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Cristina personally came to my house before I gave birth to meet me. She was so kind right away and I felt good making the decision for her to be present at Wells' birth.
On the morning I went into labor, Cristina was there in an instant. Calm, caring and ready for whatever I needed. She followed my lead the entire way.
Something that I will always remember was her hand softly on my shoulder the entire time I was in transition, and pushing. It kept me calm and reminded me to relax. She was right by me telling me how powerful I was and that really got me through.
My husband was able to be more involved with the delivery since Cristina was there supporting me and keeping me focused so he didn't have to do both. Not only was she there for my labor and birth, Cristina came a few days after to do household chores and brought us dinner. She went above and beyond.
